Fractional ownership at it’s finest! Private, member owned, luxurious 3 and 4 bedroom residences at the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort. A 1/7th ownership provides unequaled services, amenities and privileges without the usual worries and hassles of owning a vacation  home. Owners have access to all Club residences of their membership type (3 or 4 bedrooms) and all Club facilities with the right to use anytime.

1/7-Ownership guarantees you 3 weeks every summer and 3 weeks every winter plus the opportunity for additional stays when space is available or with short notice reservations. 

Summer Weeks (2): Requests due Feb 1, Confirmed March 1, Space Available week (1) confirmed April 1    

Winter Weeks (2): Requests due July 1, Confirmed August 1, Space Available week (1) confirmed  September 1    

3 bedroom HOA dues are $ $11,610 /year

4 bedroom HOA dues are $ $13,323 year

Everything! This is truly hassle free ownership. All utilities, all exterior maintenance, all interior maintenance, periodic furniture upgrades, housekeeping, concierges, ski valet, airport shuttle, on-call shuttle, ski locker while in residence, ski valet and ski tuning available. 

 Ski-in/ski-out location, clubhouse with wifi, snacks, coffee and pool table. Shuttle service within city limits plus Hayden airport pick up. Fully equipped modern workout facility, ski storage and lockers, heated outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, steam room, sauna, BBQ grills. Fulltime year-round staff, including concierges and ski valet. 

3 Bed: $250 for 3 night or less 

3 Bed: $405 for 4 to 7 nights

4 Bed: $300 for 3 night or less

4 Bed: $455 for 4 to 7 nights

Daily Gratuity: $10 per adult per day, capped at $35/day per unit  

3 Bedroom memberships start at $150,000

The Club is closed about 10 weeks per year in the off seasons for maintenance and repairs.

2nd Sunday in April (usually same day the ski area closes) and reopens Saturday prior to Memorial Day 2nd Saturday in October and reopens Saturday prior to Thanksgiving.

If you are a fractional owner, you are not able to rent out your weeks. If you cannot use your weeks, you can give them to friends or family or turn them back into the Club which will allow them to be given to another owner who may be on the waitlist for Space Available. There are 6 full ownerships at the Club and those owners can have their property available for nightly rentals.
